Plaid Story

The last couple of seasons have seen Plaid make a huge comeback. And rightly so. It is probably the most easy to style! Confession : We own way too much plaid, so it was a lot of fun brainstorming all the possible looks we could create out of our plaid pieces. There was also one particular look which made it look ethnic (Can you believe it!!)  but more on that later.
These two looks are our favourite ones because of the perfect balance of comfort and edginess.

Deesha : This is an outfit I can wear for work. This pleated skirt is my obsession for this month so it had to work its way into this shoot. And also you will be seeing a lot of this! I also added a plain silver neckpiece for that extra bling.

Ashlesha : The black dress I am wearing inside is not really wearable on its own. So I took it as a challenge to make it work. I wore this plaid shirt dress in an almost cape-like way on top of it. It gives a the whole look a very over-the-top feel. And of course the jewellery, because oxidized silver jewellery is love.
